Biryong is a state-of-the-art short range ship-to-ship guided weapon system against fast inshore attack crafts.

Biryong features enhanced fire-and-forget and automatic tracking capabilities, and is equipped with an inertial navigation system with target information updated in real time.

Operated on PKM-class vessels of the ROK Navy, the system consists of advanced guided rockets, a launcher and a fire control system with information provided by the shipboard radar.
