The Tactical Information Communication Network (TICN) is the Korean Army's wireless network infrastructure that aims to integrate Surveillance & Reconnaissance/ Command & Control/ Surgical Strike systems by means of uninterrupted information flow connectivity.

In tactical situations, it consists of the five subsystems which provide secure and resilient tactical networks that support All-IP based application services such as position location, situational awareness, etc. which dramatically improves the sensing-decision-shooting cycle.
