Anti-submarine Warfare Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (ASWUUV)'s primary mission is to conduct Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW). The vehicle is powered by fuel cells and is equipped with both passive and active acoustic sonars to detect and track underwater targets.

The vehicle is also equipped with an acoustic communication device to relay information to Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV). Multiple UUVs and a USV will perform integrated ASW missions which will significantly enhance performances (ASWUUV Operational Concept).
